How paying on delivery works
Pick your stock
Every item has a code, a spec sheet and one price in euro, VAT included. What you see on the page is what goes in the box.
Fill in the ticket
Name, phone, address. No card number, no account, no password. The figure on the ticket is the price of the goods: nothing is added to it for carriage.
Pick up the phone
We call within one working day to confirm the order and the address. No answer after several tries, no dispatch.
Give it 3 to 7 working days
Packed in 1–2 working days, then handed to a local courier in your country. We pay the carriage, one parcel or a pallet's worth.
Pay the courier
Cash, at the door, for the amount on your ticket. Changed your mind? You have 14 days from delivery to send it back.

- How do I pay?
In cash, to the courier, when the parcel arrives. There is no online payment on this site and we never ask for card details.
Terms of sale- Where do you deliver, and how long does it take?
Poland, Romania, Hungary, Czechia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Croatia, Bulgaria, Portugal, Spain, Lithuania and Latvia. Three to seven working days on the road after the parcel leaves us, in every country. Carriage is on us in all twelve, with no minimum order.
Delivery details- Can I send it back?
Yes. 14 days from delivery, no reason needed. You pay the return postage unless the item is faulty, and the refund goes to your bank account.
Returns and refunds- Who am I buying from?
One company, and it does everything: WHATECH MOBILE CO., LIMITED, registered in Hong Kong. It built this website and runs it, runs the advertising and the Google Ads campaigns, owns the stock, takes the order and confirms it by phone from its own call centre, sends it out, collects payment on delivery, answers for the guarantee and handles returns and refunds. There is no intermediary and no separate advertising operator.
