The seller
This is the company you buy from. It buys the goods itself and owns the stock, accepts your order, has it delivered, takes it back if you withdraw, answers for the legal guarantee and pays for the adverts that bring people here. OutletDen is its trading name on this site, not a separate company.

One company, and it does everything: WHATECH MOBILE CO., LIMITED. It built this website and runs it, runs the advertising and the Google Ads campaigns, owns the stock, takes the order, sends it out, collects payment on delivery, answers for the guarantee and handles returns and refunds. There is no intermediary and no separate advertising operator. If an advert for this site ever seems misleading, tell us through the contact desk and we will put it right.

How to reach the seller
3.1
By email at desk@outletden.com (Monday to Sunday, 08:00 to 20:00 Central European Time), through the form on the contact desk page, or by post at the address in section 1. The desk writes in English and answers within 2 working days.
3.2
Anything about personal data goes to a separate address, privacy@outletden.com, and is answered within 30 days — the period the Privacy notice commits us to. Sending a data request to the ordinary desk address does not cost you the deadline; it is passed on internally the same day.
3.3
There is no showroom and no collection point at that address. Goods cannot be bought, collected or handed back there in person; returns go to the address given when a withdrawal is confirmed (Returns and refunds, section 4).

Trading facts
4.1
We sell new consumer goods online to private customers in twelve EU countries. Payment is cash on delivery only. Prices are in euro and include VAT where it is due on the sale. Goods are dispatched from within the European Union.
4.2
Contracts are governed by the law of Hong Kong, without taking away the consumer protection of the country where the customer lives (Terms of sale, section 15).
4.3
Data protection supervisory authority for the seller: Office of the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data, Hong Kong (pcpd.org.hk). Customers in the EU may also turn to the authority of their own country.

This website
5.1
The seller is responsible for the content of this site. Texts, photographs and layout belong to the seller or are used with permission, and may not be reused commercially without consent. Product and type names are used only to describe the goods.
5.2
We check what we publish, but mistakes happen. If a specification or a price on a product page is wrong, the confirmation call is where it gets corrected, before anything is dispatched and before you owe anything.
