Before you order

Cash on delivery, in four answers

How do I pay?
In cash, to the courier, when the parcel is in your hands. There is no card form and no advance payment. The figure on the ticket is the amount the courier collects: the goods, VAT counted in, with the carriage on our side of the ledger. Where the euro is not the local currency, the courier takes the equivalent and we tell you that figure on the phone first.
What happens after I press the button?
The order lands on our desk and we phone the number you gave to confirm the item, the quantity and the address. Once that call is done the parcel is checked, packed and handed to the courier within 1–2 working days.
When does it turn up?
After dispatch, 3–7 working days, in every country. We deliver to Poland, Czechia, Slovakia, Hungary, Slovenia, Croatia, Romania, Bulgaria, Spain, Portugal, Lithuania, Latvia. If nobody is in, the courier leaves a notice or gets in touch to agree another attempt. Delivery times by country.
What if I change my mind, or it arrives faulty?
You have 14 days from delivery to send it back, no reason needed; return postage is yours unless the item is faulty. Since you paid in cash, the refund goes to your bank account. Every item also carries the 2-year legal guarantee. Returns and refunds.

What it is

OD-0523

A cordless pruning kit in a moulded case, built around one universal aluminium pole: unclip the shears, clip on the mini chainsaw in about a minute, no tools needed. The brushless shears have an SK5 steel blade, two opening positions and a display for battery and cut count, for branches up to 3 cm. The brushless mini chainsaw has a titanium-coated low-kickback chain and two bars — a short one for pruning, a long 20 cm (8-inch) one for firewood — for branches and logs up to 18 cm, with an automatic oiler, tool-free tensioning and a metal sprocket cover. The pole extends to 2.1 m and collapses back into the case, the head turns up to 180° and a shoulder strap carries the weight, for a working height of about 4 m without a ladder. Two 21 V 4.0 Ah batteries fit all three tools, with a fast charger. The LED work light gives about 1,200 lumens: it clips onto one of the kit's 21 V batteries, runs about 4 hours on a full battery and has a USB port to charge a phone from the battery.
