Order ticket

Step 1 of 1 · pay on delivery

Fill it in, we phone to confirm, the courier brings the parcel and takes the cash. That is the whole checkout.

Before you order

Cash on delivery, in four answers

How do I pay?
In cash, to the courier, when the parcel is in your hands. There is no card form and no advance payment. The figure on the ticket is the amount the courier collects: the goods, VAT counted in, with the carriage on our side of the ledger. Where the euro is not the local currency, the courier takes the equivalent and we tell you that figure on the phone first.
What happens after I press the button?
The order lands on our desk and we phone the number you gave to confirm the item, the quantity and the address. Once that call is done the parcel is checked, packed and handed to the courier within 1–2 working days.
When does it turn up?
After dispatch, 3–7 working days, in every country. We deliver to Poland, Czechia, Slovakia, Hungary, Slovenia, Croatia, Romania, Bulgaria, Spain, Portugal, Lithuania, Latvia. If nobody is in, the courier leaves a notice or gets in touch to agree another attempt. Delivery times by country.
What if I change my mind, or it arrives faulty?
You have 14 days from delivery to send it back, no reason needed; return postage is yours unless the item is faulty. Since you paid in cash, the refund goes to your bank account. Every item also carries the 2-year legal guarantee. Returns and refunds.

What it is

OD-0417

A rechargeable headlamp that weighs 75 g and puts out 400 lumens. One main beam with three levels, a wide flood LED for close work and a red light that does not ruin night vision. A wave sensor turns it on and off without touching it, useful with oily hands under a car. The lamp tilts through 60° and the elastic strap is washable. Around 4 hours on full and 20 on low from the built-in 1,500 mAh battery; charging is USB-C, and a row of four lights shows what is left. IPX5, so rain is fine. Camping, dog walks, fuse boxes, lofts.
