Order ticket

Step 1 of 1 · pay on delivery

Fill it in, we phone to confirm, the courier brings the parcel and takes the cash. That is the whole checkout.

Before you order

Cash on delivery, in four answers

How do I pay?
In cash, to the courier, when the parcel is in your hands. There is no card form and no advance payment. The figure on the ticket is the amount the courier collects: the goods, VAT counted in, with the carriage on our side of the ledger. Where the euro is not the local currency, the courier takes the equivalent and we tell you that figure on the phone first.
What happens after I press the button?
The order lands on our desk and we phone the number you gave to confirm the item, the quantity and the address. Once that call is done the parcel is checked, packed and handed to the courier within 1–2 working days.
When does it turn up?
After dispatch, 3–7 working days, in every country. We deliver to Poland, Czechia, Slovakia, Hungary, Slovenia, Croatia, Romania, Bulgaria, Spain, Portugal, Lithuania, Latvia. If nobody is in, the courier leaves a notice or gets in touch to agree another attempt. Delivery times by country.
What if I change my mind, or it arrives faulty?
You have 14 days from delivery to send it back, no reason needed; return postage is yours unless the item is faulty. Since you paid in cash, the refund goes to your bank account. Every item also carries the 2-year legal guarantee. Returns and refunds.

What it is

OD-0311

Closed-back wireless headphones with active noise cancelling that takes the edge off engines, fans and open-plan offices. 40 mm drivers, memory-foam ear cushions and a padded band that adjusts far enough for large heads. The battery gives around 40 hours with cancelling on, and a ten-minute charge adds roughly four hours. A cable is included for when the battery is flat or the plane has a socket. Buttons, not touch panels: volume, track, calls, cancelling on, off or ambient. They fold flat into the hard case supplied and connect to two devices at once, so a phone call can interrupt the laptop.
