How do I pay?
In cash, to the courier, when the parcel is in your hands. There is no card form and no advance payment. The figure on the ticket is the amount the courier collects: the goods, VAT counted in, with the carriage on our side of the ledger. Where the euro is not the local currency, the courier takes the equivalent and we tell you that figure on the phone first.
What happens after I press the button?
The order lands on our desk and we phone the number you gave to confirm the item, the quantity and the address. Once that call is done the parcel is checked, packed and handed to the courier within 1–2 working days.
When does it turn up?
After dispatch, 3–7 working days, in every country. We deliver to Poland, Czechia, Slovakia, Hungary, Slovenia, Croatia, Romania, Bulgaria, Spain, Portugal, Lithuania, Latvia. If nobody is in, the courier leaves a notice or gets in touch to agree another attempt. Delivery times by country.
What if I change my mind, or it arrives faulty?
You have 14 days from delivery to send it back, no reason needed; return postage is yours unless the item is faulty. Since you paid in cash, the refund goes to your bank account. Every item also carries the 2-year legal guarantee. Returns and refunds.

What it is

OD-0220

A 120 cm LED batten for garages, sheds and workshops where one bare bulb is not enough. 40 W, 4,400 lumens of neutral white light at 4000 K, no warm-up and no flicker. The housing is sealed to IP65, so dust, damp and the occasional splash are not a problem. Fits to the ceiling or wall with the two clips supplied, or hangs on chains. It plugs straight into a socket with its 2 m cable and inline switch; no electrician needed. Two or more can be linked end to end with the connector included. Replaces a twin fluorescent fitting and uses about half the power.
